Raqim International is a B2B goalkeeper glove manufacturer. Shipping, return and claim terms depend on the confirmed quotation, buyer location, order quantity, customization scope and agreed Incoterms.
Samples
Sample timelines are quoted after artwork, materials and specifications are confirmed. Sample shipping costs, courier method and delivery estimates are confirmed before dispatch.
Bulk production shipping
Bulk orders can be prepared for buyer-nominated courier, air freight, sea freight or freight-forwarder collection where agreed. Packing, carton details, documentation and shipment coordination are handled according to the confirmed order requirements.
Custom and private-label goods
Most products are made to buyer specifications, including logo, colorway, packaging and construction choices. Customized goods usually cannot be returned for preference changes after approval and production unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Inspection and claims
Buyers should inspect shipments promptly after receipt. Any shortage, damage or quality claim should be reported in writing with order details, photos, videos and carton information so the issue can be reviewed.
Resolution
Where a valid manufacturing or packing issue is confirmed, Raqim International may offer a practical resolution such as replacement, repair, credit or other mutually agreed remedy based on the project terms.
